The site presents an attractive contour ideal for large footprint warehouses and other facilities, and all services are on site including the availability of large volumes of water from private bores on the estate.

Local infrastructure will include an extensive roading network, as well as café, gymnasium and outdoor community facilities, including a private nature reserve, ideal for busy workers needing a break.

The site has substantial water supplies with access to both town water and private bores in strategic locations across the site. Details of the volumes and water quality are available on request.

Town supply water and waste water systems form part of a comprehensive infrastructure program which also includes large volumes from the onsite bores, for fire control systems servicing the large buildings on site.

Proposed Development Masterplan

Conrad Industrial Properties (a division of Conrad Properties Group) has released the first stage of their new industrial park in Tuakau, south of Auckland. 

The site is ideally placed to serve industrial and logistics users, and will include warehouses and distribution centres, cold chain temperature controlled warehouses and Data Centres. 

Ample car and truck parking areas are available and with a sub-station on site there are no constraints to getting a facility designed and built in record time.
